  I decided to get a haircut during my lunch break and Bernie's caught my eye. It's a small family owned shop nestled in the little shops along the Ventura Blvd strip. The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait for service. I met one of the barbers whose name is Lance. He was very professional and my haircut came out great. It only cost me $17.
  
  My only complaint is that they are cash only. If you decide to give them a try make sure you run by an ATM first. ;)
