  The consultants here are not good at empathizing with customers and may not realize they are being rude. I came in to ask if they could honor a sale that had just ended because I have been extremely busy. They explained no and I thanked them for their time. Wile I began to leave a consultant told me to “pay better attention to the advertisements and there would be another sale in a few months” With all due respect Im very aware of the advertisements as I’ve been a member there for quite some time. Not to mention Id love to wait 4 months for a game. Anyways this isnt the first time. Just feel like this specific location needs to humble themselves a little.

  Been Having a lot of problems with the Professionalism of Customer Service with this Paticular store and i have been purchasing games for over 10 yrs. Not Happy at all!
