    If you want to learn pilates from a wonderful and knowledgable teacher you will find it here at Koru Body Pilates Studio. Lynette Davidson (the owner and teacher) has brought it all together in her new studio which is immaculate and serene. There are a variety of classes both group and or private to choose from. Highly recommended!

    I have been taking classes for 3 years with Lynette Davidson and my body has completely changed. I work at a desk and my posture has improved immensely because of Pilates. Lynette is an amazing and experienced trainer. I highly recommend Koru Body Pilates.
