  B2 Fitness is a great little gym. I’ve been to the larger gyms, but I love the friendly atmosphere of B2. It’s always nice to walk in and be greeted with a welcoming smile.
  
  I had lost quite a bit of weight and decided that it was time to add fitness to my journey toward wellness. My daughter referred me to her personal trainer, Kyle Mattern. I had always been “allergic” to exercise and was terrified to begin. I was so out of shape and embarrassed to walk in the gym. The first couple of times I went, I almost turned my car around and went home. Kyle sensed my apprehensiveness, but it didn’t take long for him to earn my trust.
  
  Kyle is Awesome. He cares about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. Kyle knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Kyle has a gift of transforming what could be a dreadful hour at the gym into a fun, enjoyable, and productive experience. His workouts are always new and challenging. He constantly varies the exercises for each session. I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. Kyle is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate your schedule and will find the time to train you.
  
  I have been training with Kyle for about a two and half years now. Kyle has completely transformed my outlook on exercise. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am stronger, fitter, and have more energy. I feel so much better. My family and friends often comment on how wonderful I look. It's all thanks to Kyle and his workouts.
