  When I called I had to explain the simple part I was looking for to two different people. They said that they had the part in stock, but wouldn't quote the price over the phone. When I showed up they didn't have the part, so the guy was going to take the part off a machine he had in stock, awesome right? No. they wanted to charge me for the part plus an additional $15 to have the new part shipped to them?!?!
