  Roadrunner shuttles to and from Camarillo have always been adequate. Last year I booked a private mini van from LAX to Camarillo (a service that no longer exists) and it didn't go well. I recorded six phone calls and nearly 2 hours in delays before they put me on a shuttle bus and finally got me to my destination. I called a week later and Roadrunner management offered me a $20 credit on my next trip. Thanks anyway but $20 doesn't come close to making up for the comedy of errors on Roadrunner's part. Sad thing is that I've already shared that story with many of the 1300 people at my company - which can't be good for Roadrunner.
