  Run away fast from these slimeballs. Lied to my face about activation fees for a new phone and Ipad. Gave me a "free" hotspot; when I said I didn't want it, they said "might as well take it with you, it is free". My next Verizon bill was over $300 - including a hotspot activation fee and charge for a new line! I rarely write bad reviews, but this retail outlet gives Verizon a bad name.
