  Every single time I visit this location the drive thru takes extra long, even if there is only a few cars. Then, when finally I do get my drink it is usually wrong! It is so annoying to have to get off my car just to wait another 5 minutes to get my drink right. What's even worse, this last time I was there I noticed the sugar & cream bar was disgusting. I'm not sure if this location even has a manager, the employees appear careless, distracted and quite frankly need to sharpen up. It's unfortunate this starbucks turned out this way, this location is right around the corner from my house. I hope corporate fixes this issue. I will contact them as well.
